Cancellations

Every reservation we receive is important and special to us. We take extra care in preparing for your arrival – from room preparation to breakfast planning. We sincerely appreciate each reservation we receive! It means we’ve committed to have your room ready and available upon your arrival.

While we understand that life isn’t always predictable and that plans change, we do request that you contact us no less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date to let us know of your changes. At that time, your deposit will be refunded.

Any reservation updates and/or cancellations received less than 7 (seven) days prior to your check-in date will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Pets

We also adore well behaved small dogs and welcome one dog per room and a fee of $50 per stay. Your pet can not be left alone in the room anytime.
